Marlborough – Paul E. Winske, 81, of Marlborough, died at his home on Aug. 6, 2021 after a long illness. He was a lifelong resident of Marlborough, the son of the late Earl J. and Anne R. (Rizzelli) Winske.
Paul was predeceased by his wife of 50 plus years, Marie D. (Lerette) Winske, who died in 2015, and his son, Steven P. Winske, who died in November 2020.
Paul enjoyed bowling and was an avid New England Patriots fan. He was an active member of the Marlborough Senior Center and held a special place in his heart for Nubble Light in York, Maine where he and Marie would visit.
Paul had a kind heart and was well liked by everyone het met.
He is survived by an aunt, a nephew and many cousins.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, Aug. 17, at 10 a.m., in St. Mathias Church, Hemenway Street, Marlborough. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Wilson Street.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to the Marlborough Senior Center, 40 New St., Marlborough, MA 01752.
