MARLBOROUGH – The Laborious Labor Day Road Race is back and set to take place Sept. 6 at Ghiloni Park in Marlborough.
The event is sponsored by the Highland City Striders and benefits the Hudson Community Food Pantry.
With no entry fee, runners are just asked to bring 15 canned goods for the Food Pantry.
The race itself gives participants a choice between the “Tough Ten Mile” course and the “Fast Five Mile” route through Marlborough and Hudson.
Both course routes begin and end in Ghiloni Park after an 8 a.m. start.
Registration and food collection will begin at 7 a.m. on Sept. 6.
