SOUTHBOROUGH – The Southborough Cultural Arts Council (SCAC) is seeking proposals for grant funds.

This year, the council will distribute approximately $5,800.

In the past, SCAC has funded Southborough Library projects like a graphic novel workshop, family yoga and a program on how to play the ukulele.

The council has also funded programs like the Southborough Recreation’s 2021 Summer Concert Series, and the Northborough Area Community Chorus’ 50th Anniversary Celebration.

For several years the Southborough Cultural Arts Council has funded a popular workshop at the Southborough library given by graphic novelist Jonathan Todd. Ryan Roberts of Northborough (left) displays his and his brother Andrew's work.

Anyone interested in joining can contact Mary Piekarz at [email protected] or 508-272-9378.
