SHREWSBURY – The Assabet Valley Mastersingers will kick off their 2021-2022 concert series at St. John’s High School on Saturday, Oct. 30 at 8 p.m. 

The Mastersingers will present “Songs of Unity,” which include performances of “Unity in Diversity” by Cynthia Wong, “LUX: The Dawn from On High” by Dan Forrest and “We Exist” by Oliver Caplan.

“Unity in Diversity” was commissioned by AVM from Wong, who is a Northborough native, in honor of its 40th anniversary. 

Tickets cost $25, or $20 for seniors and students. They can be purchased online at https://www.avmsingers.org/ or at the venue on the day of the concert.
