SHREWSBURY – The Shrewsbury Federal Credit Union recently announced that Michael Hale has joined its team as its Community Relations Officer.
Hale recently completed a 32-year career with the Town of Shrewsbury serving as the town’s Assistant Town Manager before moving on to become the General Manager of Shrewsbury Electric and Cable Operations (SELCO).
During his long local government career, Hale worked with and served on boards of several area non-profit and community organizations.
“Michael Hale has a proven track record of community leadership, is well respected, and is a great fit to represent Shrewsbury Federal Credit Union’s brand as we seek to grow and expand our service territory and product offerings,” Shrewsbury Federal Credit Union CEO James Dupont said in a recent press release.
That same press release noted that Hale serves as an usher for the WooSox at Polar Park during his free time.
