Louise M. JohansonGrafton/Shrewsbury – Louise M. (St. Pierre) Johanson, 103, passed away October 29, 2021 at Beaumont Nursing and Rehabilitation in Westborough. Her husband Einar P. Johanson predeceased her.

She leaves her son Philip W. Johanson and his wife Marine of Sutton, grandson Karl Stone, granddaughter Sonja Verrier, 2 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Her daughter Gay Stone and her brothers Paul and Henry St. Pierre and William Walden predeceased her.

Louise was born September 17, 1918 in Salem, MA and lived in Grafton for most of her life. She was a graduate of Grafton High School in 1938 and worked for many years as an Inspector at Sprague Electric and then Digital Equipment Corporation in Hudson. She was a part of the war effort during World War II and was an original member of the former North Grafton Women’s Club.

Away from work she had a love of the outdoors, enjoyed an afternoon fishing and she raised and bred Boxers for many years as well.

Services and burial for Louise will be private at the convenience of her family. She will be laid to rest with her husband at New Swedish Cemetery in Worcester. A Book of Memories to share a special message with her family is available online at www.RoneyFuneralHome.com
