Grafton football kept its Super Bowl hopes alive with a decisive win over Bedford. The fourth ranked Gators are now gearing up for a semifinals game where they’ll look to upset Scituate, which entered the MIAA State Championship tournament in first place under the state’s power ranking system. That game had not been scheduled as of Nov. 14 according to the MIAA’s official playoff bracket.

The Westborough Girls Soccer team earned a spot in the Division II Final Four with their win over Westwood. Disrupted by a rare November lightning delay, the game eventually proceeded to allow the Rangers their first semifinal berth in eight years. Westborough will now face Whitman-Hanson Regional High School on Nov. 17.
