MARLBOROUGH – Thirty lanes of luxury bowling. A multi-story laser tag arena. A world-class two-level indoor go-kart track.

All that and more exists under one gigantic roof in Marlborough. Situated on Route 20, Apex Entertainment is a go-to spot for fun for all ages. Rob Luzzi, Director of Field Marketing for Apex, says, “there is fun to be had for everyone at Apex. Come through the doors and you will be amazed; we are 100,000 square-feet of pure fun!”

With events ranging from Dueling Pianos, psychic mediums, to professional athlete appearances and autograph signings, Apex is the place to be and be seen. Recently, Hall of Famer Ty Law launched a new cocktail, 3 Rings, at Apex and treated guests to an afternoon of fun and selfies while watching the game.

Apex opened in December of 2017 and is surrounded by retail stores, restaurants and hotels in the Apex Center. This is one of four Apex locations nationally. Two others are in Syracuse and Albany, New York and the newest location is in Virginia Beach.

In addition to bowling, laser tag and go-karts, Apex’s other key attractions include a 20-foot high ropes course, four sports simulator bays, bumper cars, and an arcade with over 85 games. Apex prides itself on a chef-inspired menu, signature cocktails, a large craft beer selection at its two full bars, and event space that hosts corporate, holiday and private parties.

Apex also offers private buy-outs for companies, organizations or schools to have the whole place to themselves.

About 150 people, from servers and bartenders to game attendants, hold full and part-time jobs at Apex, but there is room for more and Apex is hiring.

“We’re looking for people who work hard and go to extra lengths to ensure that guests have a memorable experience at Apex,” Luzzi says. “Candidates should also know that fun is part of our culture and that extends into our work.  Not everyone can say that.”
