SOUTHBOROUGH – Are your kids still looking for gifts for the family?
Boy Scout Troop 92 is hosting its annual Kids Shop event on Saturday, Dec. 4 in St. Anne’s Parish Hall from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Boy Scouts will act as shopping consultants and help visitors shop for their family members. Individuals can choose gifts from a selection of items, including camping gear, warm socks and slippers, kitchen items, pet toys and jewelry.
There will be a gift-wrapping station.
Most of the gifts are under $10, and some are as low as $1. All profits will be donated to Southborough Youth and Family Services.
This event is taking place as part of a larger day of festivities in Southborough. St. Mark’s Church will hold its annual Christmas Bazaar from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Southborough Kindergroup, meanwhile, is hosting its Santa Day from 12 p.m to 3 p.m., featuring Santa’s beloved appearance via helicopter landing on St. Mark’s Field.
Troop 92’s Kids Shop event has been hosted at Southborough’s Woodward School in the past. The event is moving forward at St. Anne’s Parish Hall this year, though, as organizers were unable to secure space at Woodward.
