Albert J. Peltier Jr.Hudson – Albert J. Peltier Jr, 96, of Hudson, passed away on January 8, 2022 at home surrounded by his family. He is survived by his beloved wife Jean M. (Davis) Peltier.

He was born on July 27, 1925 in Ware; 1 of 3 children, to the late Albert J and Elsie (Damon) Peltier. Shortly after his family moved and settled in Hudson.

Albert graduated high school in 1943 and soon after served in World War II. While he was enlisted he traveled to England, France and Germany with the 244th Combat Engineers. He married his best friend and love of his life, Jean. and had 2 beautiful children.

Albert was full of life and very much enjoyed art and painting. He graduated from Vesper George School of Art and became a commercial artist. He worked as  art director for Ad Service in Worcester  for 40 years. He  began his own company after he retired.. He absolutely loved his family and enjoyed spending as much time with them as possible, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He took great pride in his property and did his own landscaping. He also enjoyed camping trips to Lake Sebago and traveling with his wife after retirement.

Albert is survived by his loving wife Jean M. (Davis) Peltier. He leaves behind 2 daughters Cheryl Ann Conway and Lynne Marie Garrity and her husband Bill. He leaves behind 4 grandchildren Adam Conway and his wife Laura, Tara Conway and her husband Logan, Sean Garrity and his wife Neha, and David Garrity and his wife Kristen. He also leaves behind 7 great grandchildren Leila, Gregory, Gabriel, Mira, Rohan, Kira, and Felix. He is predeceased by his brother Irving A. Peltier and sister Constance E. Diniz.

Relatives and friends are invited to a period of visitation from 2:00pm-4:00pm on Wednesday, January 12, 2021 at Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home, 50 Central St. Hudson, MA followed by a Funeral Service at 4:00pm. A graveside service will be held at a later date.
