WESTBOROUGH – Mirick O’Connell recently announced that Attorney Kirsten M. Demoga has joined the firm as a Partner in the Family Law and Divorce Group.
“We are very excited to have Kirsten join our team,” said the group’s chair, John A. Shea in a press release. “She brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of family law from initiation to trial and appeal. Kirsten has tried cases throughout the Commonwealth and is well respected by her peers and the courts she practices in.”
Demoga focuses her practice on all areas of family law, including divorce, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, contempts, modifications, paternity, equity and custody actions.
Demoga has over 15 years of experience in family law, from preparing cases from initiation to trial and appeal. She has extensive and complex trial and motion practice and has served as Special Master, Parent Coordinator, and Guardian ad Litem. She also has trial experience before the U.S. District Court pursuant to the wrongful retention of a child under The Hague Convention.

Prior to joining Mirick O’Connell, she was a partner at Barach Law Group in Framingham. She was previously associated with Brick & Sugarman, LLP, Todd & Weld, LLP and Ailsa DePrada Deitemeyer, P.C.
