Peggy MuscatiMesa, Ariz. – Peggy (Cotter) Muscati, daughter of Bernard and Verna (Hooper) Cotter was predeceased by her husband of 52 years, Bernard Muscati who passed away in1997. An Infant Daughter who died at birth and her brother Paul Cotter, in 2002, and sister Joyce Cotter in 1926.

Peggy was a Hudson( MA) High School  Class of 1942 Graduate and former Hudson resident until 1979.  Bernie and Peggy moved to Tarpon Springs, Fl. Upon Bernie’s death in 1997. Peggy then moved to Arizona where she resided in Chandler and Mesa.

Peggy was a member of the Springfield Community Chorus in Chandler and later the Mesa Active Adult Center and enjoyed the weekly group sing-a-long as well as other Senior Activities at the Center. She loved music and enjoyed watching Lawrence Welk Re-runs on Public TV Saturday Evenings.

She loved watching Football and Hockey and said that in her “Next Life” she would like to be a Tennis Player and a snow skier.

Peggy is survived by daughter Penny Rasala and husband Edward, and sons Patrick and Richard Muscati, along with her grandson Scott  and his wife Raine and their children Madelaine and Kate Rasala. She is also survived her granddaughter Beth Rasala, nephews Stephen (Marcia) Cotter and Phillip (Denise) Cotter, nieces Jeanne  Cotter Bishop and Janet Muscati Farris.

Peggy was a Veteran of US Navy stationed at the US Navel Hospital in New London CT when she met Bernie Muscati in April of 1945. They married and resided in Hudson MA for the next 33 years.

A “Celebration of Life” in Peggy’s Memory will be held in the Spring.
