Marlborough Mayor concerned with Phase two of vaccine rollout.MARLBOROUGH – The Colonial Garden Club of Marlborough will return to hosting an annual in-person plant sale after a two-year hiatus later this month.

As it makes its return, the sale will be held this year at a new location at the First Baptist Church of Marlborough at 37 High St.

The sale will include vegetables, ground covers, and shrubs and perennials for all light conditions. All were dug from the yards of club members in the area. The sale will also identify native and pollinator plants.

“We will be at a new location this year…but our famous selection of plants will still be the same,” the club noted in a press release.

The Garden Club boasts a long history spent building and maintaining gardens as part of a larger community beautification goal.

The plant sale is scheduled to run on May 14 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
