Timothy Hannon IIIMarlborough – Timothy Brett Joseph Hannon III, 80, it is with great sadness that we announce his passing on Wednesday, March 16, 2022.

Formerly of Brighton, Marlborough, and Worcester, he was the great grandson of Irish immigrants who prospered in this country.

He was the son of the late Timothy and Helen (Bowe) Hannon. Growing up in Brighton gave him deep sentimental attachment to that area which he kept all his life.

Timothy’s teen years and much of his adult life were spent in Marlborough, graduating from Marlborough High School, Class of ’61. He had an unchallenged work ethic which he instilled in his children. He developed a Real Estate business while also working full time as a machinist for Assabet Machine Corp. in Hudson.

He had a quiet humor, loved music and dancing especially the tunes from the 50’s and 60’s, Sh-Boom’s in Worcester was one of his favorite places.

He is survived by his daughter, Terryn P. Renaud and her husband Stephen of Northborough; his son, Timothy B. Hannon IV of Marlborough; 3 grandchildren, Savannah Jade Renaud and her fiancé, Benjamin Krouse, Ivy Leigh Hannon and Ava Elizabeth Hannon; a brother John Hannon and his wife Kathy of Marlborough; a sister Helen Hannon of Somerville. He is also survived by his first wife, Kathryn (Greene) Navien and dear friend, Lucinda Bartolomeu He was predeceased by his sister, Elaine Hannon Kerr.

A Graveside Service for family and close friends will be held on April 20, 2022, at 11a.m. in Evergreen Cemetery, Wilson St., Marlborough.
