MARLBOROUGH – The Marlborough Police Department is seeking the public’s help as part of an ongoing assault investigation.

The police shared a video just before 12 p.m. on Thursday showing a man running through a parking lot and across a street.

Police said the investigation was “relevant to an assault that occurred on Liberty Street.”

The man was then last seen running toward the Water Street area according to police.

Liberty Street runs parallel to Ward Park in Marlborough, before intersecting with Granger Boulevard.

Water Street intersects a residential area on the other side of the park.
