HUDSON – The American Heritage Museum will host its Tanks, Wings and Wheels Weekend later this month at its location off Main Street near the Hudson/Stow town line.

The weekend will involve programming on June 18 and June 19, with each of the site’s three museums open to guests.

“This is a unique opportunity to see some of the world’s most rare aircraft, extraordinary American classic automobiles, historic tanks, armored vehicles, military artifacts and much more,” the American Heritage Museum noted in a press release.

Early American classic cars will be on display alongside a special classic car exhibition called “American Elegance” at 1:00 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday.

That display will be accompanied by “Radio show” narration.

It will feature Al Capone’s original 1940 V-16 Cadillac, the rare 1927 Rolls Royce Springfield Phantom Phaeton and a 1935 Packard 1208, among other vehicles.

The American Heritage Museum will also be offering tank ride experiences and tank driving instruction courses over the weekend.
