Lorraine M. KeefeHolden – Lorraine (Lori) M. Keefe, 46, of Holden, formerly of Marlborough, died on Saturday, July 2, 2022 at UMass Memorial Medical Center, Lake Ave., Worcester, MA.

Born and raised in Marlborough, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence A. and Geraldine F. (England) Keefe. She was the youngest of five girls. She attended the Marlborough Public School systems, and later worked for Vulcan Industries, Inc. in Hudson.

Lori was an adventurous person. She enjoyed trips to the White Mountains and the ocean.  She also enjoyed camping and cookouts. If she was at home on a nice day, you could find her outside in the garden. She always had music playing. Lori was the type to sing and dance; and if you were there with her, she would get you to sing and dance too! Some of her favorite groups to listen to were Pearl Jam, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Bob Marley.

Lori was a fun person and happy person to be around. She was very social and was happy to pop by for a visit or even have just a good phone conversation. She had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed a good laugh. Oh, that laugh; it was contagious to everyone around her!  She had a beautiful heart.

Of all things in life, Lori loved being with her family. Her two children, Frankie and Makayla, were her world. She also loved the company of her sisters, cousins, nieces and nephews.

She is survived by her daughter, Makayla Gumpright of Rochdale, as well as her four sisters: Michelle Archambeault and her husband Danny of Worcester, Kimberly Goyette and her husband Steven of Holden, Tracy Scovil of Holden, Kelly Webber and her husband Richard (Butch) of Marlborough. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews: Michael L Scovil of Worcester, Erin Scovil of North Brookfield, Chaley Webber of Marlborough, Richard Webber of Marlborough and Madison Goyette of Holden. Lori was predeceased by her beloved son, Frank Smith V, in 2019.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, July 15, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on at the Slattery Funeral Home, Inc., 40 Pleasant Street, Marlborough, MA.

Burial will be private at the wishes of the family.
