Marlborough – Barbara Mary (Schofield) Bouthilette, 91, of Marlborough, died Thursday, July 7, 2022. She was the daughter of the late Sidney G. and Albina (Verrier) Schofield and wife of the late Robert Bouthilette.
A graduate of Marlborough High School, Class of 1948, Barbara thoroughly enjoyed her job at Bouvier Pharmacy in Marlborough, where she worked for over thirty years. She was also a volunteer at the former St. Ann Church in Marlborough and more recently, was a member of St. Bernadette Church in Northborough., MA.
Barbara was an avid Bruins fan and loved playing Bingo and going on casino trips. She also enjoyed travelling and spending vacations with family members in NH, Maine and Florida.
Her greatest love was being a devoted wife and mom to her three sons.
Barbara is survived by her sons, Norman Bouthilette and his wife Lisa of Madison, NH, David Bouthilette and his wife Gwynneth of Lecanto, FL and Robert Bouthilette, Jr. and his wife Stephanie of Manchester, NH. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Sarah, Chris, Derek, Charlotte, Hannah and Sammy.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday, July 29, 2022, from 11:00-1:00 PM at the Slattery Funeral Home, Inc., 40 Pleasant St., Marlborough, MA 01752. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Wilson St., Marlborough, MA.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Bernadette Church, 266 Main St., Northborough, MA 01532.
