Edwin Quispe NavarroMarlborough – Edwin Abelardo Quispe Navarro, 45, of Marlborough passed away Thursday August 18, 2022 at Massachusetts General Hospital. He was born in Lima, Peru to Brigida Navarro and Abelardo Quispe.

He worked for Longhorn Steakhouse for many years. Edwin loved his family and friends. He always made sure to make time for everyone, whether they were local or in Peru.

Edwin will be remembered by most for his great smile and sense of humor. He filled the room with laughter wherever he went, making sure everyone around him was happy and well taken care of.

He was an avid fan of the Peru National team and Alianza Lima, having gone to many of their games all around New England. He loved his culture, often listening to Peruvian cumbia, and was an avid foodie, one would see him trying out different restaurants with his Tio, San Juan Rojas. He was a selfless and compassionate person, and he will be missed by all who had the pleasure of getting to know him.

He leaves his mother Brigida Navarro of Marlborough; his father Abelardo Quispe of Lima; two brothers, Alfredo Rojas of Hudson and Juan Navarro of Marlborough; two sisters, Magaly Cheng of Framingham and Maribel Quispe of Clinton; several nephews and nieces.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday August 23 at 11:00 AM in Evergreen Cemetery, Wilson Street. Calling hours will be held Monday from 6-8 PM in the Collins Funeral Home, 378 Lincoln Street, Marlborough.
