Vincent J. Razzano Jr.Westborough – Vincent J. Razzano, Jr., 69, of Westborough, a devoted husband, and local business owner, passed away suddenly Sunday, October 23, 2022, after being stricken ill at home.

Vinny was born in Worcester, the son of Vincent J. Razzano, Sr and Evelyn R. (Panarelli) Razzano. Raised in Shrewsbury, Vinny graduated from Shrewsbury High School, class of 1971, and attended post graduate studies at Worcester Boys Trade and Quinsigamond Community College and lived in Shrewsbury until moving to Westborough over 25 years ago. On October 4th, 1975, Vinny married his soulmate and partner, Lynn G. Fortune. They then began a 45-year life of Love, devotion, and friendship.

A master plumber, who worked for several area local contractors’ companies before Lynn and Vinny founded V & V Plumbing and Heating.   Together, they nurtured, guided, and built their company through hard work, dedication, and fair treatment.

Vinny is survived by his Love Lynn; two brothers, Richard Razzano and his wife Susan, Michael Razzano and his wife Lisa all of Shrewsbury; a sister, Maria Green of Grafton;  five nephews and nieces whom Vinny treated as his own Anthony, Angela, Bryan and his wife Lexi, Kyle, Brianna, and Nicholas;  his uncle Joseph “Junnie” Panarelli, a brother and sister in law, Mark and Sharyn Plante and their kids Joshua, Derek and Veronica Lyn;  Extended family and friends including Billy Alicandro, his wife Ashley and their daughters, Victoria and Gianna.

Vinny was an easy-going man with a huge heart, bright smile, who would do anything for anybody. He loved all, dedicated his life to Lynn, his customers and his friends. In and emergency, Vinny would respond around the clock to help someone in trouble.  He cherished his profession, was extremely good at it and it showed in his work. Vinny was also a huge sports fan, his favorite the Yankees.

A period for calling hours will be held Saturday, October 29th from 8:30 to 11:30 am in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St followed by a prayer service at 11:30.

In lieu of flowers memorial remembrances in his name can be made to The St Jude Children’s research Hospital, 501 St Jude Way, Memphis Tenn.
