UPDATE: Shrewsbury police said that Vega has been found and reunited with his family.
SHREWSBURY – The Shrewsbury Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man.
According to information published on the department’s Facebook page around 1:45 p.m. Friday, 30-year-old Jonathan Vega was last seen in the area of 67 Boston Turnpike Road earlier this morning.
Vega is described as being an autistic, non-verbal male.
He was last seen wearing a long black coat, black sweatpants and work boots.
Residents who see Vega or have information as to his whereabouts are asked to contact the Shrewsbury Police Department at 508-845-4681.
