Five appointed to Boys and Girls Clubs board of directors

MARLBOROUGH – Five members have been added to the Boys and Girls Clubs of MetroWest board of directors.

According to a press release, the board members play a critical role in the success of the club’s programs. The board sets the organization’s strategic direction, oversees its financial management and ensures that it operates in compliance with legal and ethical standards. 

Robert Borek, vice president, director of operations at the TJX Companies; attorney at Bowditch & Dewey Margaret DeLanders; Christopher Tracy, vice president, financial adviser at Morgan Stanley; Jeffrey Tucker, executive vice president, strategy and risk management, at Main Street Bank; and Jason Kleinerman, partner at the Rail Trail Flatbread Co. are joining the finance and operations committee.

Angela Scott is joining the resource development committee as a community volunteer.

The club serves over 6,200 youths each year across its three clubhouses in Hudson, Marlborough and Framingham.
