Patricia was born in Worcester and was raised and educated in Shrewsbury. She graduated from Shrewsbury High School. After many years of dedicated service, she retired from IKON Office Solutions in Westboro.

Pat, along with her husband Don, raised their large family in Edgemere along the shores of Lake Quinsigamond at Sunset Beach, where she kept a sharp eye as a lifeguard and taught swimming lessons. The beach was her favorite place, they regularly traveled to Wickford, Misquamicut, and Block Island. She and Don also enjoyed many years of boating on the Sela, along the coast of Rhode Island.

Pat loved spending time with friends and family, often meeting for lunch at the Lakeside and Bertucci’s, where everyone knew her as Nana. She was a fantastic cook, hosting large family dinners for all major holidays, and no one made a better Thanksgiving meal. Christmas holidays were legendary, with many friends joining the family to experience the pandemonium and fun, including the year that Christmas was “stolen.”

She adored her many pets over the years, especially her Siamese cats Gatsby, Victoria, and Daisy.

She took pleasure in gardening and feeding the birds. An avid reader, always in the middle of a good book. She was a serious shopper, always looking for gifts or just the right décor for her beautiful home.

Above all else, Patricia loved her family and friends, and she will be incredibly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Worcester Animal Rescue League (https://worcesterarl.org/).

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the Perron family from 3 to 6 PM on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at the BRITTON-SHREWSBURY FUNERAL HOME, 648 Main St., Shrewsbury, MA. Burial will be held at a later date for her family.
