REGION – The MetroWest Health Foundation is asking residents to participate in a community survey on health issues and services in the region.
According to a press release, this Community Health Assessment is part of a multi-tiered process to capture the voices in the region.
The survey should last about 10 minutes and is anonymous.
In the past, these assessment have helped with community efforts regarding access to care, behavioral health and healthy aging. The last assessment was conducted in 2019.
Information from the survey will help plan health programs and community services in the region. The deadline to participate in the survey was extended to June 16.
