MARLBOROUGH – Police have a suspect in custody in relation to an apparent homicide in Marlborough.
According to a press release from Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan’s office, there is an ongoing investigation into the death of an adult woman that took place in the parking lot of a Lakeside Avenue hotel.
The Marlborough Police Department responded at 12:38 p.m. According to the release, a suspect was placed into custody.
The release does not name the suspect or any charges or the name of the victim.
“This is an active and ongoing investigation being conducted by the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, Massachusetts State Police assigned to the District Attorney’s Office and Marlborough Police,” the release said.
