MassDOT announces ramp closures for routes 62 and 495
The Massachusetts Department of Transportation has announced that overnight closures have been scheduled for the ramps to and from Route 62 and Interstate 495 northbound in Berlin and Hudson.

MARLBOROUGH – The Massachusetts Department of Transportation has announced that overnight closures have been scheduled for the ramps to and from Route 62 and Interstate 495 northbound in Berlin and Hudson.

Closures are anticipated to conclude at 5 a.m. on Friday, June 9.

These temporary overnight traffic impacts are necessary to allow crews and contractors to safely and effectively conduct construction operations.

During the overnight work, the following detours will be in place:

When the I-495 northbound (exit 67) off-ramp to Route 62 is closed, traffic will be directed to follow the detour signage in place and use exit 70 (Route 117 Bolton/Stow) to access I-495 southbound back to exit 67.

When Route 62 (exit 67) on-ramp to I-495 northbound is closed, traffic will be directed to follow the detour signage in place and take I-495 southbound to exit 63A (Route 20) in order to access I-495 northbound.

Drivers who are traveling through these areas should expect delays, reduce speed, and use caution. All scheduled work is weather dependent and subject to change.
