Shrewsbury police seeks public’s help identifying suspect

SHREWSBURY – The Shrewsbury Police Department is seeking the public’s help identifying a suspect as the department investigates multiple identify theft and larceny cases.

According to a press release from the department, the cases occurred at UniBank and Rockland Trust. Police said there have been several incidents that occurred in Shrewsbury, and the department has received reports that the suspect has reached other communities, including Worcester, Milford, Grafton, Quincy and Braintree.

In a photo shared by Shrewsbury police, the man is wearing a baby blue long sleeve shirt and an aqua blue scaly cap with sunglasses. Police said the man wears this during each incident.

He also provides a Connecticut driver’s license, which police said is fraudulent.
