Hudson police charge Stow man with kidnapping

HUDSON – A Stow man has been charged by the Hudson Police Department with kidnapping.

According to a press release from the department, officers responded to a church on Marlboro Street at 12:30 p.m. March 2 following the report of an incident that involved a man and two juvenile girls.

Police allege that Michael Gadomski, 61, followed two juveniles into a bathroom and prevented them from leaving. According to officers, Gadomski has done this to the juveniles in the past.

The juveniles were not harmed.

Gadomski has been charged with kidnapping of a child, assault and disorderly conduct. He was scheduled to be arraigned in Marlborough District Court today.

“I applaud these individuals for reporting this incident and for their bravery during this process,” said Chief Richard DiPersio. “I would also like to commend our officers for their professionalism in helping to keep our community safe.
