WESTBOROUGH – The town will host an information session on the new Pay as You Throw program on Tuesday, April 30, at 6 p.m. in Memorial Hall.
Sponsored by the Public Health Department, “Pay as You Throw 101” will give residents what they need to know about the new program, which goes into effect July 1.
