Clinton – Patricia Anne (Lindquist) O’Coin, longtime resident of Hudson, Clinton, and most recently Lancaster MA, passed away peacefully on May 4, 2024 following multiple courageous battles with cancer.
Born November 6,1941 in Fitchburg MA, she was the cherished daughter of the late David and Virginia (Babineau) Lindquist.
After attending Hudson High School, Patricia had a rewarding career as a hairdresser, notably with The Hair Company in Hudson. In addition, through her work in the tech industry and long tenured employment with Betatherm in Shrewsbury, Patricia enjoyed travel throughout New England and several trips to Ireland.
Patricia’s three sons, William O’Coin, Jr., Robert O’Coin, and Barry O’Coin, were the joys of her life.
An accomplished home cook, Patricia would never shy away from new and challenging recipes that would often require many hours and specialized techniques. She hosted beautiful holidays for her family and friends and was often found watching the Food Network for new ideas and inspiration. Family and friends will remember Patricia’s love of the Maine coast and her dry sense of humor.
Patricia was predeceased by her husband William O’Coin, Sr., sons William O’Coin, Jr., and Robert O’Coin, and her brother Donald Lindquist and his wife Gerry Lindquist.
She will be remembered with love by her son Barry O’Coin and his partner Kenneth Cole as well as many friends and extended family members.
