Plant Sale
Saturday, June 1, 8 a.m. to noon, Ellsworth McAfee Park, Northborough. Sponsored by the Northborough Garden Club. The sale will offer locally-grown perennials, shrubs and herbs from the gardens of club members and the community.
Bottle Drive
Saturday, June 1, 9 a.m. to noon, Shrewsbury Town Hall. Sponsored by Scout troops 114/7114. Bring your redeemable bottles and cans; proceeds will help with troop activities.
Spring Bazaar and Yard Sale
Saturday, June 1, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Sibley House, 13 Parkman St., Westborough. Sponsored by the Westborough Historical Society. Discover great bargains and unexpected treasures. Vintage surprises, jewelry, china, antique toys and classic stuffed animals, housewares, glassware, and linens, all donated by our members.
Spring Bazaar
Saturday, June 1, noon to 5 p.m., Al Hamra Academy, 435 South St., Shrewsbury.
Pancake Breakfast
Sunday, June 2, 7:30 to 10:30 a.m., United Brethen Masonic Lodge, 8 Newton St., Marlborough. Sponroed by Troop 41 and 26G. Breakfast will include pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, coffee, tea and juice. Cost is $12, free for children 4 years of age and younger. Rain date is June 16. Proceeds will help the troop replenish camping equipment and patrol boxes.
14th Annual Car Show
Sunday, June 2, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Main Street, Marlborough. Sponsored by the United Brethren Masonic Lodge. Free to attend; $20 to show cars. Come see an array of antique and classic vehicles.
Spring Showcase
Sunday, June 2, 2 to 6 p.m., Shrewsbury Fire Department, 11 Church Road. The event will include station tours, face painting (for a fee), bicycle safety check, a chance to try on firefighter gear, food trucks, hovercraft and boat display, technical rescue drill and more. Come meet Sparky and Smokey the Bear.
