Nashua, NH – Brian C. Courville, 73, of Nashua, New Hampshire, died Saturday, June 15, 2024, at Southern NH Medical Center. Brian was born May 8, 1951, to the late Joseph and “Rita” Courville of Marlborough, Massachusetts.
Brian graduated from Marlborough High School and went on to attend Framingham University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in geology. He was the owner and administrator of Fairview Nursing Home in Hudson, NH for over 30 years, before retiring in 2007.
He met his beloved wife, Debra L. (Gaulin) Courville in high school. They wed on June 15, 1974, in Marlborough, Massachusetts. They moved to Nashua, NH in 1976 where they settled and raised their two children, Jaclyn and David.
Brian enjoyed hiking and rock climbing, as well as fly-fishing. He was an avid collector of antique mountaineering books, guns, and cameras. He was a carpenter at heart but above all this he was a lover of the outdoors and took beautiful black and white photographs in and around the White Mountains.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Debra, daughter Jaclyn and her husband, Robert Moore, son David and his wife Monica. He also leaves behind two grandchildren, Sabrina and Ethan Moore, whom he treasured.
Visiting Hours will be held on Monday, June 24, 2024 from 5pm to 7pm at the DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, One Lock St., Nashua, NH 03064. A Memorial Service will be held the following day, Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at 10am at First Church Nashua Congregational U.C.C., 1 Concord St, Nashua, NH 03064.
