WESTBOROUGH – As temperatures rise this week, the town has issued level 1 water restrictions.
This means that outdoor watering is permitted before 9 a.m. and after 5 p.m.
The National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory for the region from noon on Monday, July 8, to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9.
High on both days are expected to go into the 90s; humidity will be high as well.
To help ease the discomfort, drink plenty of fluids, stay in air-conditioned areas, and exercise either early in the day or early evening.
