Sudbury Reservoir Walk

Saturday, July 27, from 9 a.m. to noon. Route will be from Country Lane to Sherman Street in Marlborough. This is the third in a series of monthly 3-mile guided walks. Sponsored by the Marlborough Conservation Commission.

Textile Recycling Drive

Saturday, July 27, 9 a.m. to noon, Westborough High School, 90 West Main St., front entrance. Sponsored by Westborough Girl Scouts. Donate clean, dry clothing (stains OK), linens, curtains, towels, purses, hats, shoes (tied together), belts, backpacks/luggage and stuffed animals. Sorry, no pillows, duvets, rugs or carpets.

The drive is held on the last Saturday of each month.

Bay State Coin Show

Saturday, July 27, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel, 180 Boston Post Road West, Marlborough. Admission is $10. Vendors from across the USA will be buying and selling rare coins, silver bullion and gold bullion. Information: [email protected].

Recycling and Sustainability Event

Saturday, July 27, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Westborough Senior Center, 4 Rogers Road. For residents of Westborough, Southborough, Northborough and Marlborough. This event will feature informational booths, as well as opportunities to recycle old and unwanted electronics, appliances, textiles and more.

Retro Video Games

Saturday, July 27, from 1 to 4 p.m., Shrewsbury Public Library, 609 Main St. One Up Games brings a variety of retro video games to the library – and adults, it’s your turn to play. Revisit the glory days of when gaming started, and reminisce amongst your peers for a gaming night you don’t want to miss. Systems and games will be available for play via Nintendo Switch online, including NES, SNES, N64, Sega Genesis and more.

This event is for adults (18 and older). Drop in anytime between 1 and 4 p.m.

13 The Musical (Jr.)

Saturday, July 27, 2 and 7 p.m., Paul “Skip” Johnson Auditorium, Hudson High School, 69 Brigham St. We all know how challenging puberty can be, but for 13-year-old Evan Goldman, moving from New York City to small-town Appleton, Ind., as his parents split up and he plans his Bar Mitzvah is a LOT. He navigates the complicated social circles of a new school and meets new friends, learning lessons about growing up and teen drama.

Co-Director/Music Director Alyssa MacDonald and Co-Director/Choreographer Steven Yerardi lead this large and talented local cast ranging in age from 7-18.

Tickets are available online and at the door – $12 for adults and $10 for students and seniors. Concessions and raffles will be available in the lobby.
