Grafton – Patricia Bella (D’Amato) Arsenault, 85, passed away Thursday, August 8, 2024, in Cambridge, MA. She was predeceased by her husband of 28 years, Lawrence Arsenault in 1994.
Born in Shrewsbury to the late Palmerino D. and Assunta L. (Corazzini) D’Amato, Patricia was a 1957 graduate of Shrewsbury High School where she was captain of the Shrewsbury High School Girls Varsity Basketball team.
After high school, Patricia started a lifelong career at the Norton Company/Saint-Gobain, in Worcester, where she held various positions over the years until retirement. She raised her family and spent many years as a Grafton resident until 2017.
Patricia enjoyed playing Bocce for many years at the Italian American Victory Club in Shrewsbury, and was an avid lover of arts and crafts, particularly jewelry and stained glass making. She was a member of Saint Philip’s Church in Grafton.
Patricia leaves her children, Kevin F. Arsenault and his wife Laura, of Hingham, and Mark A. Arsenault and his wife Tracy, of Belmont; four grandchildren: Sophia, Nathan, Lauren and Julia. Patricia was predeceased by her daughter, Cheryl A. Arsenault, and her siblings Henry, Albert, Arthur, and Marjorie.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11AM, Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at Saint Philip’s Church, 12 West Street, Grafton, MA. Burial will follow in Saint Philip’s Cemetery, Grafton.
