NORTHBOROUGH – The Northborough Cultural Council is seeking input from the community to help them find the best cultural programs for the town.
The mission of NCC is to promote the arts, enhance cultural exchange and contribute to the vitality of the community. The council receives funds from the Massachusetts Cultural Council on an annual basis, and the NCC then evaluates and distributes grant funds.
