New Seabury – Marilyn Revelli’s life was filled with wonderful memories made with the people she loved throughout her eighty-five years.

She adored her two ‘boys’ Mick and Jon and her adopted daughter (in-law) Patti. Marilyn naturally assumed the welcomed role later in life as ‘Grammi’ to her five grandchildren. She is going to be easily remembered as fun-loving, stylish, chic and hip with a wonderful sense of style and elegance.

And like all of our lives hers too had the peaks and valleys, tears and laughter but she always knew she was gifted with the blessings of love from family and friends.

Marilyn died peacefully with family at her side on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 in Notre Dame du Lac Assisted Living Facility after a struggle with Alzheimer’s disease. She was 85.

Marilyn J. Crowley was born on March 27, 1939 in Somerville a daughter of the late Flora (Sanato) Crowley. Raised in Somerville she graduated from Somerville High School and then graduated from the Catherine Hines School of Cosmetology. Marilyn lived in both Worcester and Northborough for many years before making her summer home in New Seabury her fulltime residence, lastly in the Southport Community. She moved back to Worcester last year as her health warranted being closer to her family.

Her family is grateful to the entire staff of Notre Dame du Lac for the wonderful and gentle care extended to Marilyn throughout her stay.

Professionally, Marilyn worked as an esthetician while owning and operating ‘Ajmalee European Skin Care’ in Westborough for many years. She later worked in real estate at RE/MAX in Northborough and then New Seabury Real Estate while living on Cape Cod.

Marilyn was no stranger to the dance floor and her love for dancing led her to become a dance instructor with the Fred Astaire Dance Studios for many years. She loved living on the Cape nearby the ocean and beaches and enjoyed simple pleasures like sipping an ‘Appletini’ with whomever was lucky enough to be in her company to toast the goodness of life.

She leaves her sons, Michael Revelli (Sherri Jeznach) of Leicester and Honorable Jon L. Revelli (Patricia) of Shrewsbury and her grandchildren, Geoffrey Revelli, Brandon Revelli (Ellery) and Victoria Revelli and Nicholas and Ryan Revelli; her siblings, John Crowley (Marilyn) of Dennis and Lawrence Crowley (Helen) of Weymouth and the late Pauline Collins (late Charles); also survived by nieces & nephews.

Family and friends will honor Marilyn’s life by gathering for a morning wake on Thursday, September 26th from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. in Saint Mary’s Church, 640 Main Street, Shrewsbury, followed by her funeral Mass celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Burial will follow in Mountain View Cemetery, Shrewsbury.
