SHREWSBURY — The community gathered at Saint John’s High School on Saturday for the Spirit of Shrewsbury Fall Festival, which has been held around this time since 1996. With food options, over 100 vendors and booths, music, pie-eating contests, and more, the event drew hundreds from Shrewsbury and surrounding communities.
“It’s really neat to be able to get to know every single personality that’s here in this town … It’s fun. It’s just a fun event. It’s all about the kids, and I don’t think the kids get enough fun,” said Mieka Davis, the lead organizer of the event.
