SHREWSBURY – The Shrewsbury Police Department will host a “Stuff a Cruiser” food drive on Friday, Nov. 15, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the UMass “New Education Research Building” at 365 Plantation St.
Until Nov. 15, the department will be accepting canned goods at the station to go toward the cruiser event. On Nov. 15, police will be at the UMass location to accept donations directly into the cruiser.
All donations will go to Vet Inc. of Worcester and Sherri’s House/Why Me.
Shrewsbury is competing against Worcester and UMass police departments and the State Police to collect the most donations.
