In a letter to the City Council dated Nov. 12, attorney Brian Falk, on behalf of Garden Remedies, said, “Market changes and the impact of the Route 20 construction project have presented significant business challenges at the company’s existing location.”

Hours of operation would be Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

During the City Council meeting on Monday, Nov. 18, the request was referred to the Urban Affairs Committee. A public hearing has been scheduled for Monday, Dec. 16.

A Community Outreach Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 3, at 5 p.m. at Tackle Box Brewing, 416 Boston Post Road East. This meeting is part of the requirements from the state’s Cannabis Control Commission.
