WESTBOROUGH – The Atlantic Union Conference of the Seventh Day Adventist Church is planning to move from Lancaster to an office building at 287 Turnpike Road, as first reported by the Worcester Business Journal.
The deal was finalized on Tuesday, Nov. 26, according to Worcester Registry of Deeds records.
The religious organization purchased the site for $6.4 million from Baltic Turnpike LLC; the property includes a three-story building and 192 parking spaces on nearly 16 acres of land.
The Atlantic Union Conference plans to use the site as its new headquarters.
While in Lancaster, it ran Atlantic Union College, which closed in 2018.
