REGION – An afternoon and evening of soaking rains and wind is making for a tough evening commute.
As of 5 p.m., National Grid reported power outages in South Grafton and Southborough, affecting about 100 residences.
The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch for the region until 7 a.m. Thursday. There is also a Wind Advisory in effect until 1 a.m. Thursday.
