Saturday, Dec. 21, 4:30 to 6 p.m., Chestnut Hill Farm, Chestnut Hill Road, Southborough. We’ll mark the winter solstice by gathering at Deerfoot Barn, reflecting on the end of the season and preparing our wishes for the coming year. After writing our individual wishes, we will carry them with us on a leisurely stroll to the top of the hill, where we’ll read a solstice story before returning to the farmstead. There, we’ll gather around a fire pit, reflect on our wishes and then give them to the fire to share with the world.

Cost — $15 for trustees adult members, $9 for trustee child members; $25 for nonmember adults, $15 for nonmember children. Information here.
