Carol was born in Cambridge, MA, daughter of the late Joseph and Miriam (Brady) Charbonneau. She was raised and educated in Worcester, and graduated from Commerce High School. She began her working career at Caldor in Westborough, where she was an Office Manager for many years, then began her work as Disability Claims Specialist at Paul Revere Insurance Company, now UNUM Provident. Carol then retired from UNUM in the late 2000’s.

Carol was known to enjoy a good shopping trip with her three daughters and her sister Ellen, then have a nice meal with them at a restaurant – she loved her Talbots, especially! She also loved meeting and catching up with her best friends, Carolyn and Caroline. In her free time, Carol loved sewing and quilting. Above all, time spent with family and friends was cherished, and she adored long walks her husband Albert, traveling with him to their favorite tropical destinations (Bermuda and Hawaii especially), and cooking family dinners and hosting holiday gatherings for the full clan – Carol loved her family and friends tremendously, by whom she will be greatly missed.

Flowers are welcomed, as well as memorial donations in Carol’s name to the Odd Fellows Home, c/o Resident Support Fund, 104 Randolph Road, Worcester, MA 01606.
