Fly Fishing Show
Jan. 17-19, Royal Plaza Trade Center, 181 Boston Post Road West, Marlborough. The newest fly rods and reels, boots, waders, personal watercraft and everything in between will be on display. Hours will be 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday; 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday; and 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Sunday.
Admission is $18 for one day, $28 for two days and $38 for three days. Children under age 5 are free, as are Boy and Girl Scouts under age 16 in uniform. Children 6-12 are $5. Active military with an ID are $10.

‘The Prom’
The Hudson High School Drama Society will present “The Prom” Jan. 17-19 at Paul “Skip” Johnson Auditorium. Performances will take place on Friday, Jan. 17, and Saturday, Jan. 18, at 7 p.m.; and Sunday, Jan. 19, at 2 p.m. Tickets are available online here.
“When Life Gives Your Lemons” Fundraiser
Sunday, Jan. 19, 12:30 to 8:30 p.m., Tackle Box Brewing Co., 416 Boston Post Road, Marlborough. Come for an afternoon and evening of live music, featuring the Nate Ramos Band, Senior Year, JBlake, Chris Wright and more. There will also be raffles, silent auction, beer and food. Proceeds will help Kate Amdur as she battles breast cancer.
MLK Celebration in Westborough
Westborough Connects, in partnership with Central MA Connections in Faith (CMACIF), Westborough Interfaith Clergy and Westborough Public Schools, has announced the seventh annual Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Celebration.
The event will be held on Monday, Jan. 20, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Westborough High School, 90 W. Main St., in the cafeteria, and it is free and open to all.
This year’s theme is “Purpose, Partnership and Power: The Path to Civic Well-Being,” and the celebration will feature a performance by a Westborough High School choral group and speaker Jerren Chang, co-founder and CEO of GenUnity. The event will continue with small group conversations led by Jerren.
