MILFORD — A crash on Route 495 southbound, near the intersection with Route 85, caused morning-rush traffic to back up for close to two miles.
According to Mass. State Police, the crash involved a tractor-trailer and a van at the 49.4-mile marker. The van was towed, and there were no reported injuries.
The roadway was reduced to one lane. The backup extended all the way to West Main Street in Hopkinton, according to Massachusetts 511.
The accident site has been cleared, and traffic is back to normal.
