Local band ‘Prying Eyes’ hopes to inspire others through music

Region - For Prying Eyes band members Dan St. Louis and Eli James, the beginning of their musical journey together was serendipitous. Both auditioning for spots in another band, the duo met after “[liking] what they heard from each other.” Upon discovering that they both favored, as St. Louis calls it, a “straight ahead, non-gimmicky” brand of rock music they formed the band now known as Prying Eyes.

Dedicated to help Grafton arts and historic causes

Grafton – Paul Scarlett is a prolific volunteer for Grafton arts and historic causes. He’s a member of the Grafton Common Historic District Commission, a town board that oversees preserving the architectural and historical integrity of buildings surrounding the common. Among the buildings is the Grafton Town House, where the primary tenant is now Apple Tree Arts (ATA). Scarlett also serves as a member of the Grafton Town House Oversight and Community Preservation committees, and the ATA Board of Directors.

Hudson’s Lenox excels in multiple sports 

Hudson - Hudson High School (HHS) has seen an abundance of talented, multi-sport athletes compete for school honors over the years. Typically, the progression is football, soccer or cross country in the fall surrendering to basketball, hockey or track in the winter on to baseball, softball or lacrosse in the spring. Such is a sampling of the many cyclical combinations that exist in high school sports.
