While Fidelity may be the latest business to pack its bags and take 1,100 jobs to Rhode Island and New Hampshire, the city, including Mayor Nancy E. Stevens, sees this as an opportunity to reinvent itself.

Hudson selectmen approve license for Bikeworx

At its March 28 meeting, the Board of Selectmen discussed an application for a Class I License for Galen Miller of M-Squared Motorsports, LLC, doing business as Bikeworx. Miller was applying for the license, which would allow him to buy and sell motorcycles, scooters, ATVs and other motorized recreational vehicles at 1 Kane Industrial Dr.

Marlborough City Council approves license

The City Council approved a petition March 28 that would allow Richard Lombardi, owner of the Vin Bin, to have a full liquor license established at a new location, 91 Main St. (the site of the city's former fire/police station).
