Marlborough – Joe Valarioti will be honored by the Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce (MRCC) at a dinner March 23 with its lifetime achievement award. Valarioti opened Central Auto Rebuilders in 1957 and moved to Marlborough three years later.
