Westborough’s Gibbons Middle School to present the musical ‘Once on this Island, Jr.’

Westborough – Sarah W. Gibbons Middle School’s Theater Program will present “Once on this Island, Jr.” written by award-winning composer and lyricist duo Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty. “Once on this Island, Jr.” will captivate audiences of all ages with near constant song and dance. The seventh- and eighth-grade performers have been working since January to bring to life the story of one small girl whose journey shows the power and importance of love and acceptance. Performances will be held at Gibbons Middle School, 20 Fisher St., Westborough, Friday, April 8, and Saturday, April 9, at 7 p.m. and Sunday, April 10, at 2 p.m.
